With over half a century of expertise in musculoskeletal support, Daiya Industry’s product development process is rooted in customer-centric innovation. Every support begins by addressing real user needs, followed by meticulous design and careful material selection. Before any product reaches the market, it undergoes rigorous R&D testing and earns the endorsement of professional therapists. True to the sanction brand, each support embodies five core values: a hugging fit for secure comfort, high-quality materials, softness, breathability, and aesthetic refinement.

The R&D team iteratively measures and analyzes body motion to fine-tune the products. Through this data-driven process, the support either enhances the user's natural strengths or compensates for weaknesses—empowering each individual to adapt the support to their unique physique and movement style. The result is a precise, science-backed fit that has been rigorously validated.
The motion capture system is designed for in-depth motion analysis. It establishes a dedicated capture area monitored by 12 cameras, which track moving objects in real time. The system then digitizes this motion, allowing for precise analysis of body movement.

The force plate system measures the forces absorbed and generated by the lower limbs during human movement. By understanding both the burden placed on these limbs and the forces they produce, we can significantly enhance the precision of the design to support the body.

Electromyography (EMG) measures the electrical signals generated during muscle contraction, enabling the R&D team to quantify muscle activity in both exercise and work settings. By assessing the load—particularly how and to what extent the muscles are engaged—the team can determine whether the designed support performs as intended. This approach paves the way for the creation of scientifically validated products.

The foot pressure system, embedded beneath the surface of the treadmill belt, captures and analyzes motion in real time during standing, running and walking. The system evaluates key metrics such as sole pressure, body center of gravity, and overall balance, helping to identify problematic movement patterns and pinpoint areas for improvement.
